About Infused Restaurant + bar

Infused is a neighborhood gem that brings together the past and present.

The idea for Infused came to life when Tushar Shah, a South Jersey local, and his team purchased the Holiday Inn Philadelphia-Cherry Hill, and began renovations throughout the entire property. Tushar, wanted a concept where the tapas menu would infuse global cuisines and flavors, along with handcrafted cocktails infused with fresh juices and herbs to enhance classic recipes. The unique and stylish design and décor provides a dazzling, relaxing atmosphere for both social gatherings and family-style dining. The space formerly was home of Red, Hot, and Blue, which was a neighborhood staple for many years.

Nothing in this world can bring people together quite like sharing a meal.

The vision was to create a comfortable and inviting ambiance and to bring something new to the area that wasn’t currently there already. It brings together the old traditions deeply rooted in the space, with a modern take on classic cocktails and a menu that utilizes the freshest local ingredients in the area.
